Chairman and Director: Eric Jones LLB,

Eric has been on the Board since January 1982 and is a practising Solicitor working in Skelmersdale, a partner in Brighouse Wolff, a member of Rare Breed's Survival Trust and actively involved with the Lancashire Support Group of the RBST

Company Secretary and Director: Lionel Taylor

Lionel is the Practice Manager at Brighouse Wolff in Ormskirk. Lionel originally set up the Company and continued to act in a secretarial capacity in its early years. Lionel has been over a long number of years, and still is involved with other charities, in various capacities. As an Administrator he is very experienced and is currently maintaining all the records for the Company in addition to taking an active roll in exploring and running projects for the Company.

Vice-Chair and Director: Joanne Benyon

Joanne has been on the Board since January 2002 and is a Chartered Surveyor, part of whose management responsibility is the Concourse Shopping Centre in Skelmersdale.

Directors:

Ray Davies - retired Accountant who worked for West Lancashire District Council.

David Jamieson - retired Accountant, was Principal at Hollows and Hesketh in Skelmersdale.

Dr Michele Lawty-Jones - Head of Skills and Education, Northwest Regional Development Agency
